Motor winder

Endeavor Technologies is actively seeking a motor winder with at least 5 years experience.  This position requires a thorough understanding of 3 phase AC motor windings and connections.  He/she must be skilled in random winding techniques.  Ability to reverse engineer windings with complex connections is a must.  Knowledge of permanent magnet motor theory and control is a plus.

Rebuild technician  

Endeavor Technologies is always looking for motor rebuild technicians with at least 5 years experience working with brushless servomotors and spindle motors.  Experience with proper bearing handling techniques, balancing, and use of various diagnostic equipment (oscilloscope, motor winding analyzers, etc...) is required.  Familiarity with CNC systems is a plus.
