Endeavor Technologies offers complete remanufacturing service for Vickers FAT and FAST servomotors. Unlike your local "repair"Âshop, or even servo repair shops with a 3rd party servo motor tester, our simulator incorporates a Vickers servo amplifier and special OEM software to ensure that the rebuilt motor is fully tested and functional. Failed windings, broken shafts, seized bearings, non-functioning brakes, and bad resolvers are no problem because of our extensive in-house capabilities and parts inventory.

Our test procedures are the best and most thorough in the industry. Vicker's motors are rebuilt to IEC 60034 standards--the same standard to which the factory built them. A Vickers motor rebuilt by ETI has been test run, closed loop with the resolver. Vibration levels are recorded and verified to be within specification, and each motor is checked to ensure that it conforms to the IEC assembly tolerances. Slippage is a common problem with brake motors. Every Vickers brake motor is torque tested after being rebuilt to ensure it holds at least the factory specified torque.
