Whether you have an old SL-7 lathe with a DC spindle motor, or an NH5000 machining center with a built-in B-axis rotary table, Endeavor Technologies can rebuild your spindle motor or servomotors. For many years, Mori Seiki machines were supplied almost exclusively with Fanuc controls, motors and drives, but some machines incorporated Mitsubishi and Yaskawa motors and drives. Endeavor Technologies has invested in simulators with actual Fanuc, Mitsubishi, or Yaskawa servo amplifiers so that you can be completely certain that the motor we've rebuilt for your Mori Seiki will function like new. The techniques employed by many "repair" shops are potentially damaging to electric motors in general, and especially to those manufactured by Fanuc. We have invested heavily in developing techniques, and in equipment allowing us to remanufacture or rebuild these motors without compromise.
Our Epox-E-Pak insulation system can extend the life of the built-in motor from your Mori Seiki machining center. This has been particularly effective at fortifying the live tooling spindle motors in the turret of the NL machines. We can completely remanufacture these motors with a new winding molded in Epox-E-Pak, new bearings, and new PLG for less than 40% of the cost of new. Each motor is run-off to 10,000 rpm, closed loop with our Mitsubishi CNC and IPM spindle controller.
