Endeavor Technologies will completely rebuild your Mitsubishi HA-LF55K24 motor regardless of the failure. The HA-LF55K24 is supplied with a digital encoder that must be programmed for each individual motor type in order to function. As Mitsubishi’s only authorized service partner, we have the special software required for programming the encoder. We stock replacement encoders, brake parts, terminal blocks, fan motors and bearing for large capacity Mitsubishi servomotors such as the HA-LF55K24. Failed brake? We’ll remanufacture the brake or replace it—whichever is more cost effective. If the magnet rotor has failed, we’ll rebuild it and upgrade it, making it more robust. If necessary, your motor will be rewound with factory winding data by one of our skilled motor winders. All critical mechanical dimensions will be measured, and returned to factory specification. After dynamically balancing the rotor, the motor will be assembled and all assembly tolerances will be verified to be within Mitsubishi’s specification. Finally, the rebuilt motor will be tested with one of our Mitsubishi servo controllers so you know it will function as expected. If your HA-LF55K24 servomotor was “repaired” by an unauthorized repair shop and still doesn’t work, or failed pre-maturely, it’s not too late! Unlike your local repair shop, we have the equipment and training to correctly program the latest digital encoders. Our inventory includes tens of thousands of dollars of new encoders, factory supplied bearings, fan motors, terminal blocks, and other parts allowing us to remanufacture your motor to new condition.
Our test procedures are the best and most thorough in the industry because we use Mitsubishi CNCs, and servo/spindle amplifiers to run-in your rebuilt motor. Many "repair" shops can't run servo motors at all, and can't run spindle motors at full speed. A motor rebuilt by ETI has been test run, closed loop with the encoder, to full speed. Water cooled and / or oil-air lubricated motors are tested for extended periods of time with cooling and lubrication systems similar to those used on machine tools. Bearing temperatures and vibration levels are monitored and verified to be within factory specification before the motor is returned.
